Disrupt or interfere with the operation of our platform.
Upload malicious software or engage in activities that compromise the security of our systems or other users.

xCaria reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Payments and Refunds

Certain features may require payment. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Subscription fees will be charged on a recurring basis unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase at xCaria's discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Users agree first to attempt resolution through informal negotiation with xCaria.
If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration rules.
The venue for arbitration will be determined based on Section 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction).

16. Force Majeure

xCaria shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions).

17. Termination
